1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through gb99bat (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules published in connection with specific products, promotions, or game categories on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and gb99bat. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and all services associated with it. Continued use of gb99bat following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

gb99bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or its services at any time without prior notice, including during scheduled maintenance windows. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes in advance, but we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The services offered by gb99bat are strictly intended for adults. By accepting these Terms, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account and withhold any funds pending full identity verification. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. gb99bat is not liable for any failed communications, missed notifications, or payment delays resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

gb99bat operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, wager stakes, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Currency conversion at the point of deposit or withdrawal is solely the player's responsibility and any exchange costs are borne by the player.

Accepted Payment Methods

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use gb99bat in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud gb99bat or other players, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Multi-accounting: The creation or use of more than one registered account on the Platform by the same individual, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or any other reason.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Arbitrage and matched betting at scale: Systematic exploitation of pricing anomalies or promotional offers in a manner that constitutes commercial activity rather than recreational play.
• Use of automated software: The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or access any Platform feature in a manner not explicitly permitted.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including in live poker or multiplayer casino games.
• Insider information: Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, including information obtained through access to participants, officials, or team management.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

gb99bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or if the continued operation of the account would expose gb99bat or other players to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Suspension

Account suspension is a temporary measure that restricts a player's access to the Platform pending investigation of a potential breach. During suspension, the player may not log in, deposit funds, place bets, or request withdrawals. The account balance is preserved during the suspension period. Suspensions are lifted once the investigation is concluded and — where no breach is confirmed — all suspended activity is reinstated.

Permanent Closure by gb99bat

Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, gb99bat may permanently close the account. In cases involving fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, underage gambling, or other serious breaches, the entire account balance may be forfeited. In cases where permanent closure is not related to a player breach — for example, where we cease operations in a particular market — any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may request voluntary closure of your gb99bat account at any time by contacting our support team at support@gb99bat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and the remaining cash balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent account closure. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, the Player agrees to first contact gb99bat support at support@gb99bat to seek an informal resolution. gb99bat will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb99bat shall not be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical faults, network outages, or third-party payment provider failures. gb99bat's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
